From being an Art Direction intern at an ad agency to working at a family-run print shop, her experiences have been as diverse as her skill set. She even ventured into the realms of Health Insurance Claims Subrogation, working as a Third Party Liability Investigator and gaining valuable customer service experience.

Beyond her immediate goals, she recently gained insight into customer service distinctions, learning about the significance of Customer Experience (CX) versus User Experience (UX).
